Subscription terms

Subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the date of the first order at £53.99 per box. Presale subscriptions are billed £41.99 for the first box and then £53.99 every 30 days from 11 February 2027.

You can pause for one, two or three months, skip a box, move the next date by up to 14 days, update your address or payment method, or cancel at any time from your account. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
