The product
- Why £59.99?
- ElectroCreatine costs more than an electrolyte because it isn't one. It is a full 5 g of creatine monohydrate, 500 mg of citicoline, 2 g of taurine and a complete electrolyte and active-B-vitamin profile, in one 15 g sachet. Bought separately that is three tubs, two scoops and roughly £2.50–£3 a day. One box of ElectroCreatine is £2 a day, or £1.80 on subscription — and nothing is under-dosed to hit a price.
- Only one flavour?
- Yes. Original Flavour took a year; lemon-forward with cherry and pineapple notes, zero sugar, clears fully. We'd rather one flavour be right than five be fine.
- What exactly is in a sachet?
- 5,000 mg creatine monohydrate, 2,000 mg taurine, 500 mg citicoline, sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium, vitamin C and the B-vitamins in active forms. The full label is on the product page.
Dosing and safety
- Is 5 g creatine every day safe?
- 3–5 g daily is the amount used in the research; it is for daily use, not just training days. Consult a doctor if you have a kidney condition or are pregnant.
- When do I take it?
- One sachet in 350–500 ml of cold water, in the morning, every day. With or without food.
- Is it suitable during pregnancy?
- No. The label states it is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Subscription
- Can I pause the subscription?
- Yes. Pause for 1, 2 or 3 months, skip a box, or move your next date by up to 14 days, all from your account in two taps.
- When am I charged?
- On the day you order, then every 30 days. Presale subscriptions are charged for the first box now and then every 30 days from 11 February. A reminder email arrives three days before each charge.
- Can I cancel?
- From your account, in two taps, any time. No minimum term, no fee.
- Can I change the date?
- Yes. Move your next box by up to 14 days either way from your account.
The bottle
- What's in the bottle?
- Nothing until you add a sachet. The EC mixing bottle is included free with your first order so the mix clears properly. Capacity and material to be confirmed.
- Can I get a second bottle?
- Yes. After your first order, a second EC bottle is available as an add-on at full price.
Delivery and returns
- Do you ship outside the UK?
- Not yet. ElectroCreatine ships to UK addresses only at launch, tracked and free.
- How fast is delivery?
- Orders placed before 1 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, tracked. Presale orders ship from 12 January.
- Can I return a box?
- Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Taste and mixing
- Does it mix without grit?
- Yes. Shake in the EC bottle or stir in a glass; it clears fully with no sediment.
- Is there any sugar?
- No. It is sweetened with mannitol, erythritol, sucralose and acesulfame potassium.
